CIVIL HOSPITAL GROUND BREAKING CEREMONY FOR SYSTEM UPGRADATION

March 16, 2010 was marked as one of the biggest event in the history of KESC and Civil Hospital when the company officially started off with the system Upgradation of the hospital. This initiative helped KESC to strengthen the ties of strategic alliance that exists between both the companies. The official curtain unveiling of the project was conducted by KESC’s CEO Tabish Gauher along with the Chairperson oversee committee, Mrs. Farzhana Naek.

 

Dr. Saeed Qureshi, MS Civil Hospital, was also present in the ceremony and said that “Upgradation of Civil Hospital’s is one of the most significant welfare projects undertaken by KESC for the betterment of community”.

 

One of KESC’s biggest initiatives pertaining to CSR is to “revitalize the vital organs of Karachi” ad to ensure uninterrupted and reliable power supply to these vital entities.

 

Upgradation of Civil Hospital is an extensive project undertaken by KESC as we are of the opinion that Civil Hospital is the nucleus of healthcare facilities catering to the masses of Karachi and by serving Civil Hospital we will be directly serving the Citizens of our city.

 

  • KESC will be assigning 11KV dedicated distribution network for the civil hospital.
  • The dedicated network will be fed through 2 different feeders located at Garden and Elander Road.
  • In order to ensure uninterrupted power supply, KESC will take the responsibility for maintenance.
  • The implementation of this project will not only cover the current needs of the hospital, but will also provide reliable supply for future needs for a period of 3-4 years.
