We encourage our employees through various discussions and workshops to contribute their ideas and suggestions regarding the company's day-to-day activities as well as its long-term aims. 950 employees and managers have enthusiastically participated so far in thirty-five such workshops to identify work-related issues facing them, and to contribute suggestions to the company's goals.
