In this rapidly changing world, one must constantly brush up one's skills. To encourage our current employees to do so, we have introduced an organisational development project . KESC is partnering with IEP to develop several certifiable professional-skill enhancement programmes. A new lab has been established at the KESC Training Centre to train and test employees' technical skills.
