KARACHI, March 8: The Karachi Electric Supply Company has completed Rs. 20 million electrification project of Raees Ghulam Sarwar Goth and Gabo Pat Keamari Town. The project was inaugurated by Mr. Abdul Qadir Patel, MNA, says a Press Release issued here.
Over 3500 families and businesses of this low income area of City’s oldest inhabitation, Keamari, would benefit by this electrification scheme. Funded by the Government under PWP-II, the scheme comprises of high tension and low tension networks which include 11 PMTs of 50 KVA each and 101 poles of different quality.
Mr. Jamil Gul Shaikh, Director System Engineering along with General Managers of System Engineering and Distribution Departments of KESC, and notables and residents attended the inauguration ceremony.
