KESC is an affiliated unit of the Pakistan Cricket Board and regularly participates in national competitions such as the Patrons Trophy Grade-II Cricket tournament.

KESC has also been influential in helping Pakistan on the international stage, producing national heroes such as Shahid Afridi, Rameez Raja and Saleem Jaffer. Sarfaraz Ahmad brought KESC much prestige when he captained the Under-19 team to a World Cup victory in Sri Lanka in 2007. Anwer Ali toured with Bangladesh with the Pakistan ‘A' team while Mohamad Fahim, Shahzaib Khan and Anwer Ali have represented KESC well on the national stage.

KESC’s great performance in Patrons Trophy Grade-II  2012

KESC qualified for the final of the Patron’s Trophy to be played against Port Qasim. Port Qasim Authority took a lead in the 1st innings.

 After both innings the match was declared a draw, however due to Port Qasim taking a 1st innings lead they were declared winners.

 

KESC was unbeaten all the way to the final.
