FOOTBALL

The KESC Football Team is an affiliated unit of the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) and is one of the top 10 teams in the country.

It is currently ranked 6th in the National Premier League. In the recent past two of our football players Akbar Ali and Javed Hamza represented the National team in Qualifying Round matches of Olympic Games. Meanwhile Akbar Ali also represented the national team in the World Cup qualifying rounds in Singapore, along with other KESC players Orangzaib and Muhammad Moosa.

Other prominent KESC footballers include Shakir Lashari (played SAF Games), Abdul Ghafoor, Ahmed and Sajid Hussain. KESC's most important contribution to football is the grooming it has provided to two of of our biggest national heroes, Lal Muhammad and Abdul Sammad.

• Finished 7th in the National Premier League in 2008-09
• Winner of All Pakistan Mir Ghous Bux Football Tournament at Khuzdar, Balochistan in 2005
• Winner of All Pakistan Tapal Cup Football Tournament at Karachi in 2005
• Achieved 5th position in the Pakistan National Challenge Cup Football Tournament organized by PFF in 2005
