Ghufran A. Khan - Chief Marketing & Communications Officer (CMCO), has over 19 years of experience in FMCG and the financial sector, creating, building and managing mega brands and businesses.
Working mostly in corporations going through change management process, Ghufran has developed a unique set of corporate transformation and turn-around skills. He was one of the pioneers of change management drive at Nestle, Pakistan, implementing Nestle’s systems in marketing, distribution and supply chain management. He also led a project at Nestle, Central Asia and streamlined a nascent distribution system.
Ghufran was a member of the team that turned around Pakistan's largest public sector bank, Habib Bank Limited. He was also a member of the management team that transformed Union Bank into one of the most successful private banks in Pakistan.
